Eric graduated with a B.S. degree in Finance and Criminal Justice from Northeastern University. Eric and his daughter Taylor reside in Windermere, Florida. Eric is actively involved with the Rotary Club of Winter Garden, Habitat for Humanity West Orange, and the Lakeside Church Legacy Team. 

Eric is a regular guest speaker and presenter at various teaching hospitals throughout the country, as well as a featured speaker to professional sports organizations and developmental programs.
